What is hotel project management (PMC)?

Hotel project management consultancy (PMC) is the service of managing a hotel development on the owner's behalf — coordinating the consultants and contractors, and controlling time, cost, quality, scope and risk from design through construction to handover. Building a hotel is a complex, multi-year undertaking involving dozens of consultants and contractors, thousands of decisions, and very large sums of money.
