With a strong foundation in operational excellence, strategic positioning, and asset performance enhancement, he has guided numerous hotels and resorts through pre-opening, stabilization, and long-term growth.

Abhijit is an Investor and Co-Founder of BSG. He also is the Founder and CEO of Avèro Advisors, an "end-to-end" ERP and information technology advisory firm established in 2016 in the US. Avèro Advisors specializes in guiding State and Local government agencies across the United States and Canada through technological transitions and organizational modernization.

VP Human Resource – CricHeroes. She is noted for her role in driving HR strategy for the firm and plays a pivotal role in enabling BSG to seamlessly manage complex HR operations. She ensures that the founders and the HR processes are aligned with the organization's goals.

Managing Director – Accosphere. Suraj is a seasoned leader in finance and accounting with years of experience in both US and Indian GAAP frameworks. His expertise extends to diverse financial facets like budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, making him a valuable asset for any organization aiming for financial optimization and global compliance. Suraj is on-board BSG as a Financial Advisor.

Founder – Legal Minds. Legal Minds focusses on holistic service to all of its clients, drawing upon the multidisciplinary expertise in the areas of contracts, corporate affairs, real estate, commercial, banking & business finance, regulatory, licensing, technology & Intellectual property laws.

Founder - Acmetect Design. Has more than 23 years of professional experience in varied projects such as Architecture, Landscape, Exhibitions, Interiors, Design and Build Management, Project Co-ordination and also expertise in the field of Project feasibility analysis, business and project execution & development. Prior to founding Acmetect, Ningthoujam Dimpu has been associated with various renowned architectural and design firms such as Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), an American international hospitality design firm originally headquartered in Santa Monica, California; Total Integrated Design Ltd. A Singapore based interior design company. Dickson Rothschild India, a Sydney based Architecture and Interior Design company He had been involved in many prestigious projects around India and abroad with design development, coordination and documentation. Ningthoujam Dimpu has also served as core Team of Architects for design and execution of Terminal-3, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.

Strobe Works delivers services like Branding & Strategy, Campaign Ideation, Performance Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Creative design and Social Media Marketing

Founder - Vishwa Hospitality. An accomplished innovative professional global chef with 25+ years of cumulative International experience, 15 years leading operations as Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, F&B since 2008 with the best International brands in the hospitality industry, - Alila Diwa, Hyatt, Marriott, Intercontinental, Hilton, Den, Radisson, and Atmantan. Hands on all round experience in Asian, Teppanyaki, European, Banquets, & Fine dining and Specialty seafood restaurant Modern Indian, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and Western Wellness.

Director - Gouranga Hospatility. A resourceful and team-oriented professional with nearly 15 years of progressive experience in all phases of Hotel Operations. Recognized as a hands-on, proactive troubleshooter who can identify business problems, formulate strategic plans, initate change and implement new processes in challenging and diverse environments. Definitive strengths in designing kitchen, laudries, and back of the house for hotels, schools, ships etc. He graduated from the Oberoi School of Management and has held key positions in the Oberoi Group, Taj Group, Four Seasons and IHHR.

Founder - Nautilus Consulting. provides leading edge solutions and services in the Information & Communication and Smart Systems Environment technology domain- a mix of businesses that serve the rapidly converging unified infrastructure, collaboration, device control, energy internet, information and rich media marketplace with a comprehensive offering of advanced, high quality solutions and services for Hospitality, Education, Enterprise.

Founder - Bose Roy Wellness & Hospitality Consulting. A specialized wellness & hospitality advisory, operations, and staffing firm. Expertise in eco wellness resort setup & pre-opening, Ayurveda medical spas, and 3rd party hotel spa operations. Strong capability in wellness program design, long-stay retreats, and spa. wellness staffing.

Founder – Genuine Mantra Industry Agnostic Training Consultant. With over two decades in the hospitality industry in India and abroad, Gaurav brings on-board a seasoned approach to core trainings to our clients.

With a MBA in Finance & HR, Pranali is responsible for day-to-day recruitment tasks and coordination with clients. Handling a database of over 10,000 profiles and over 20 clients, Pranali delivers consistent results for our clients efficiently.

Joined BSG as an intern after completing her MBA in HR & Finance. Vaishnavi, rapidly progressed to independently manage specific recruitment tasks related to the hospitality industry.

Nextgen Protech - IT & Infrastructure. Prabhjyot heads a team that delivers IT related services like Hardware, Networking and Surveillance.

Responsible for providing business and administrative support to the Director's Office.
