The driving force behind BSG Hospitality, bringing 25 years of deep industry expertise and a results-oriented approach to hotel management and advisory. With a strong foundation in operational excellence, strategic positioning, and asset performance enhancement, he has guided numerous hotels and resorts through pre-opening, stabilization, and long-term growth.

Abhijit is an Investor and Co-Founder of BSG. He also is the Founder and CEO of Avèro Advisors, an "end-to-end" ERP and information technology advisory firm established in 2016 in the US. Avèro Advisors specializes in guiding State and Local government agencies across the United States and Canada through technological transitions and organizational modernization.

With over two decades of international hospitality leadership spanning luxury resorts, pre-openings, acquisitions, and large-scale operations, Sunny Haroon drives BSG Hospitality’s operational strategy, brand expansion, and service excellence across its portfolio. Sunny brings more than 25 years of experience across premier hospitality brands and entertainment hubs, including Taj Group of Hotels, Swissôtel, Radisson, Royal Orchid Hotels, Best Western, Tamara Leisure Experiences, and Big Daddy Casinos. Most recently, as General Manager Hospitality at Big Daddy Casinos, he spearheaded operations across major casino and hotel properties in Goa and Nepal, while supporting high-value asset acquisitions and multi-project developments. Throughout his career, Haroon has developed a reputation for operational turnarounds, sustainable hotel management, and high-level strategic alignment. His leadership at Hotel Verde Zanzibar earned global acclaim, including Africa’s Leading Green Hotel at the World Travel Awards, alongside prestigious recognitions during his tenure with Tamara Leisure Experiences and Best Western International. Beginning his career as a Hotel Executive Trainee with Taj Lands End, Haroon was also part of the pilot launch team for Taj’s luxury Butler Service.

Ajay Gamre leads BSG's technology strategy across its growing portfolio of managed properties and consulting portfolio, spanning IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems integration, and digital guest experience. Ajay brings over 20 years of hospitality technology leadership to BSG, having held senior IT and operations roles with some of the world's most respected hospitality brands, including Alila Hotels & Resorts (now Hyatt), Marriott, Radisson, Accor, InterContinental, and Taj Hotels. Most recently, he served as Group Head of Information Technology & Operations at Big Daddy Casinos & Hotels in Goa, where he directed end-to-end technology strategy across casino, hotel, and F&B operations. Over the course of his career, Ajay has led pre-opening technology workstreams for more than a dozen five-star properties across India, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Maldives, Cambodia, and Oman. His expertise spans infrastructure design and deployment, PMS and POS integration, ERP planning and configuration, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, AML), and large-scale systems architecture. He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and holds certifications in ISMS implementation, cloud security, and AI governance.

Managing Director – Accosphere. Suraj is a seasoned leader in finance and accounting with years of experience in both US and Indian GAAP frameworks. His expertise extends to diverse financial facets like budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, making him a valuable asset for any organization aiming for financial optimization and global compliance. Suraj is on-board BSG as a Financial Advisor.

Founder of SATCH Advisory. Previously Regional Director of Human Resources for India & South Asia at Accor. As Head of Human Resources for Accor South Asia, Satish led the people function across 73 hotels, 9 brands, and 13,000 employees inside a complex four-principal governance structure spanning Paris, Singapore and InterGlobe Enterprises. Satish has spent over 25 years building the systems, pipelines, and cultures that put the right people in charge and set them up to win. Satish is a TedX Speaker, an ISB Future CHRO Certified Professional, and an AON Certified Reward Professional along with being a Certified Coach.

Kishan brings close to 16 years of hospitality sales and revenue leadership across premium resorts, boutique city hotels and branded groups, including a formative stint with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) in North Goa. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales at a premium beachfront resort in North Goa, where he was a core member of the pre-opening leadership team and worked as second-in-command to the General Manager; giving him full P&L exposure across rooms, F&B and events, along with end-to-end operational grounding. Across his career, Kishan has led sales and distribution strategy across corporate, MICE, leisure, weddings, OTA and travel trade channels; negotiated and revamped key corporate and event contracts, in one instance lifting group and event revenue by 50%; and built and mentored high performing commercial teams. He also brings an entrepreneurial edge, having co-owned and run a restaurant in Mumbai. At BSG, Kishan will focus on business development; deepening owner relationships and expanding BSG's pipeline of white label management mandates across India.

Responsible for the seamless delivery of portfolio projects onboarded by BSG.

Founder - Acmetect Design. Has more than 23 years of professional experience in varied projects such as Architecture, Landscape, Exhibitions, Interiors, Design and Build Management, Project Co-ordination and also expertise in the field of Project feasibility analysis, business and project execution & development. Prior to founding Acmetect, Ningthoujam Dimpu has been associated with various renowned architectural and design firms such as Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), an American international hospitality design firm originally headquartered in Santa Monica, California; Total Integrated Design Ltd. A Singapore based interior design company. Dickson Rothschild India, a Sydney based Architecture and Interior Design company He had been involved in many prestigious projects around India and abroad with design development, coordination and documentation. Ningthoujam Dimpu has also served as core Team of Architects for design and execution of Terminal-3, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi.

With over two decades of distinguished leadership in the luxury wellness and hospitality industry, Shalin Jose brings unparalleled expertise in spa management, concept development, and wellness branding to BSG Hospitality. As Senior Wellness Advisor, he partners with properties to design bespoke spa experiences, optimize wellness revenue streams, and train staff to the highest global standards. Shalin’s career spans extensive operational and pre-opening roles at some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hospitality brands. His notable past leadership positions include senior Spa Management roles at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas - Maldives, Avani Hotels & Resorts - Maldives, Apollo Wellness, Oberoi Hotels, The Westin Mumbai Garden City, St. Regis Saadiyat Island and Spa Director & Global Spa Councillor at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Academically grounded in both physical and therapeutic sciences, Shalin holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Physical Education from Gwalior, complemented by a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC). His leadership has been widely recognized across the industry. During his tenure at Latitude Health, he was awarded the prestigious 'Spa Manager of the Year' by AsiaSpa Magazine (2009) and received the President's Award for Outstanding Employee (2010). Known for his passion-driven approach to the hospitality sector, Shalin's core strength lies in blending strategic business development with authentic, holistic health offerings. Off the clock, he actively embodies the lifestyle he promotes, dedicating his personal time to mindfulness practices, yoga, fitness, and teaching.

Engineering graduate from a prestigious Military College and former member of the Corps of Signals, Indian Army, bringing discipline and expertise in mission-critical communication systems.

Founder - Vishwa Hospitality. An accomplished innovative professional global chef with 25+ years of cumulative International experience, 15 years leading operations as Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, F&B since 2008 with the best International brands in the hospitality industry, - Alila Diwa, Hyatt, Marriott, Intercontinental, Hilton, Den, Radisson, and Atmantan. Hands on all round experience in Asian, Teppanyaki, European, Banquets, & Fine dining and Specialty seafood restaurant Modern Indian, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and Western Wellness.

Ramaa holds a degree in Biotechnology and a PG in Biodiversity. Conduct FOSTAC training, which is mandatory as per FSSAI, for food business staff across India. FOSTAC training helps ensure FSSAI compliance, improves food safety & hygiene practices, and prepares staff for inspections and audits.

Director - Gouranga Hospatility. A resourceful and team-oriented professional with nearly 15 years of progressive experience in all phases of Hotel Operations. Recognized as a hands-on, proactive troubleshooter who can identify business problems, formulate strategic plans, initate change and implement new processes in challenging and diverse environments. Definitive strengths in designing kitchen, laudries, and back of the house for hotels, schools, ships etc. He graduated from the Oberoi School of Management and has held key positions in the Oberoi Group, Taj Group, Four Seasons and IHHR.

With a MBA in Finance & HR, Pranali is responsible for day-to-day recruitment tasks and coordination with clients. Handling a database of over 10,000 profiles and over 20 clients, Pranali delivers consistent results for our clients efficiently.

Joined BSG as an intern after completing her MBA in HR & Finance. Vaishnavi, rapidly progressed to independently manage specific recruitment tasks related to the hospitality industry.
